Sizing Charts

The following is a guide estimate based on the general standards. If you would like to receive extra guidance on the fit of a particular item or label please email us at sales@upittee.com.au

If you are unhappy with the fit of a particular item, then you can return or exchange it. Please refer to our refunds and exchanges section for more information.


Payment

Payment can be accepted by most general credit cards through our PAY PAL secure checkout: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Our online payments make use of PayPal services as our credit card gateway, but there is no need to have a PayPal account to make payments at our store. Please note that your credit card details will not be stored, and you can feel confident that your personal information and credit card data is completely safe.

If you wish to pay by direct deposit you can send us an email stating the product/ product number that you would like to order  and we will promptly email you details in order to make the transaction. The deposit must be made straightaway with payment clearing in our account in the next business day (if you make a deposit after business hours or over the weekend then it will take 2 business days to appear in our account). Goods will be dispatched once payment has been received and cleared. If payment is not received within 2 business days, then purchased items will be returned to stock.

Shipping

Before our products are shipped each item is carefully inspected and packaged so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. All parcels are shipped via the best shippers to ensure that your purchase is delivered as quickly and as safely as possible.

Insurance

Your products are insured against loss while in transit to you. Once the parcel has been received (all packages require a signature as acceptance) the goods are deemed your responsibility and insurance from UPITTEE ceases. It is expected that if an item needs to be returned to UPITTEE that insurance be placed on the item/s whilst in transit.

When we ship

In-stock products that are purchased on weekdays before 2pm (excluding public holidays) will be dispatched the very same day.

Delivery times- Depends on postal service and location. However you should receive your package within 48 hours.

To avoid delays in receiving your parcel, we suggest that you have the item delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign for it. If possible we recommend a work address. That way you’ll get it sooner! Due to signature on delivery requirements we do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Return Policy

Please contact us to obtain instructions before returning a product. Once we receive your return, please allow 1 week for processing.

1. Faulty products
Items are carefully inspected and packaged before they are shipped. Damage occurring en route is highly unlikely however should this occur please contact us as soon as possible. Keep all of the original packing material and we’ll provide you with instructions. We’ll investigate the fault or damage immediately. Please note that due to the limited supply of our products the item that you have purchased may have sold out and a full refund will be supplied.

We require you to:

  1. -  Contact us to report the fault within 2 days. All returns must be authorised by UPITTEE Customer Service.
  2. -  Provide proof of purchase.
  3. -  We’ll supply you with instructions and investigate the fault or damage immediately.
  4. -  We will organise the return of the faulty or damaged product. Please note that products must be returned to us in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts. Products must not have been worn.
  5. -  Please note that refunds will be processed using the original payment method. For example, if you paid by direct deposit your refund will be paid into your nominated bank account.
  6. -  Gift recipients please note: In the case of a refund on a faulty return UPITTEE cannot credit the gift recipient. The refund must be credited to the purchaser using the original payment method.

2. Non faulty products: exchange or credit only

Please choose your purchase carefully as UPITTEE does not provide a refund in this case. UPITTEE does however provide exchanges or alternatively a credit to use through the UPITTEE website at a later date. UPITTEE do not exchange or credit on any SALE items.

  1. For an exchange or a credit on a product we require you to:
  2. -  Contact us to report the need to exchange the product within 5 days. All returns must be authorised by UPITTEE Customer Service.
  3. -  Provide proof of purchase.
  4. -  We’ll supply you with a return authority and instructions on how to return the product. The item must be returned to UPITTEE within 5 days of the return authority. Please note that you are responsible for returning the product to UPITTEE and all charges incurred are at your expense. It is a requirement that the items be sent using Registered Post with the appropriate insurance to ensure the items are secure in transit.
  5. -  Upon receiving the product it will be inspected to ensure that it hasn’t been worn. Products must be returned to UPITTEE in their original condition and in their original packaging complete with all tags, instructions, and inserts.
  6. -  Once the return has been processed you will either be supplied with the exchange item/s of your choosing or a UPITTEE credit code. Please note that you are responsible for all applicable shipping charges.

UPITTEE is not responsible for and will not accept the return of any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unworn condition. All returns must be authorised by UPITTEE Customer Service.
